PRESENTATION STYLE
How to submit the abstract?
Please submit your abstract from ABSTRACT SUBMISSION on REGISTRATION page.
Please select your preferred presentation format (oral or poster). Please note that, due to program constraints, we may not always be able to accommodate your preference.
NOTE: Prepare the abstract in English text only by following the instructions.
In Oral Session
- The qNMR Summit and USP Session will be in oral session.
- Presentation slides (widescreen) should be prepared by PowerPoint.
- All the slides should be written in English (if needed, with the local language).
- Presentation talk should be in English or Japanese. We will set up an AI interpreter that will translate your talk and the audience’s questions into other languages on the main screen with your presentation.
- An AI interpreter can translate your talk, but we recommend using explicit expressions to ensure it is translated clearly and without misinterpretation. And also, a clear voice will be better.
- Presentation slide should be prepared in widescreen format (16:9).
In Poster Session
- Poster Session will be conducted as qNMR summit and qNMR-J joint session.
- The poster should be prepared in English or Japanese. Posters in Japenese are encouraged to include a summary of key points in English. This session will permit the use of a smartphone for language translation (taking photos or videos of conference content is not permitted). Presenters should consider carefully what data can be shared on posters as this data can be scanned with a smartphone for translation.
- Poster must be no larger than B0 size (1,030 mm wide x 1,456 mm high).
